Makan-Makan with Friends

 Today we had makan-makan at my house with small group of friends for several occassions - Pat's (early) retirement, Lily's visit from KL and Liana's birthday celebration (2 days in advance).
 Menu for lunch was Saffron Rice, Roti Jala (lesson for Lily), Biryani Chicken, Fried Fish Serunding, Chili Prawns, Cockles Kerabu (by Cik Mal), Mixed Salad.

 From front to back: Delicious Cockle Kerabu by Cik Mal, Chili Prawns, Fried Fish Serunding

 Mixed Salad

Dessert corner: Snicker Cheesecake (by Cik Mal), Red Bean Jelly, Fruit Butter Cake, Lompat Tikam and Assorted Fruits (buah tangan from Cik Su, Cik Riz, Cik Pat)

I will slowly update the recipes for some of the above when convenient.

    Sekali-sekala memang sonok gather2 makan2 camni. Kerabu kerang tu memang sedap tul, kawan Along yg pot luck.

    Wouw! Lots of friends and food too! Cannot tahan melihat dessert corner .... droolinggggg over it.

    Seronoknya ada buat pot-luck dengan rakan2. Macam2 menu terhidang atas meja tu, memang terliur kami dibuatnya..

    Nak wish "Happy Birthday" buat Liana yg cute-miut tu.. Sure semua happy sangat time ni.. :) Take care sis..
