Sambal Dabai

I met an old friend (Kak Halimah) in the market while looking for Dabai fruits. She suggested that I cook it like sambal - something new to me because we only ate it blanched & dipped in salt or soy sauce. So tonite I gave it a try..... very delicious...! I only ate this dish, fried fish & hot rice and nothing else....! Despite not feeling well (on MC today) this dish really opened up my appetite.
