Chocolate Chip Cookies

 Made this few weeks ago to pack for UsuRaz on his request. First time him leaving home to pursue his study away in a different town. He specified the cookies to be plain and I know his favourite chocolate chips is bitter-sweet... Tried this version and he likes it so much and me too munching few pieces each tea time and got to warn myself to stop or else I will spoil my GCC programme that I recently enrolled.

I have modified to half portion as below & retype the recipe to suit my own reference
Yields: abt 4 dozens
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Margarine
1 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Sugar
3 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg
(I accidentally used 2 eggs but will recommend to use 1 egg only)

3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup Bitter-sweet Chocolate Chips

METHOD:
1. Cream margarine & sugar.
2. Add the rest of ingredients except for the flour and chocolate chips.
3. Add flour (batter will be fairly dry).
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Drop using a large cookie scoop onto cookie sheets.
6. Bake at 180Cs for 14 minutes.



BAHASA MALAYSIA VERSION
Along buat biskut ni atas permintaan UsuRaz untuk bawa bekal gi kolej. Pertama kali keluar rumah berdikari, mama harap Usu dapat sesuaikan diri. UsuRaz minta choc chip cookies yang warna plain, takmo hitam katanya. Chocolate chips bittersweet fevret Usu dan stok masih banyak yang AlongRiz beli dari US dulu. Sedap sangat cookies ni, manis sedang2 dan mengasyikkan bila makan, terutama dgn kopi waktu petang.

Hasil: lebih kurang 4 dozen
BAHAN2:
1 cwn majerin
1 cwn gula Perang
3.4 cwn Gula Kastor
3 cwn Tepung Gandum
1.4 st Garam
1 bj Telur (Along terletak 2 bj, ok jer tapi rekmen 1 bj shj spy lebih rangup)
3/4 st Baking Soda
1 sb Esen Vanilla
1 cwn Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cwn Bitter-sweet Chocolate Chips


CARA2:
1. Pukul majerin & gula sehingga putih.
2. Masukkan kesemua bahan2, kecuali tepung dan coklat cips.
3. Masukkan tepung sedikit2 sehingga sebati.
4. Masukkan coklat cips, gaul rata.
5. Scoop ke atas dulang pembakar (Along guna scoop ice-cream yg kecil).
6. Bakar 180C selama 14 minit.
